Our B2B marketing agency is looking for a talented Digital Designer with knowledge of HTML/CSS to join our creative team. The Digital Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that engage B2B audiences and support our clients’ marketing campaigns
- Develop visually compelling designs for B2B marketing campaigns, including website designs, landing pages, email templates, and digital ads.
- Strong front-end UX and UI design including prototyping.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and develop creative solutions that align with their branding and messaging.
- Translate designs into HTML/CSS code for website development and email marketing campaigns.
- Previous experience of using WordPress themes.
- Ensure that designs are optimised for various devices and platforms, including desktop, mobile, and tablet.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek to improve design skills and knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and designs are of high quality.
- Provide feedback and creative input to team members.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Digital Design, or related field.
- Strong portfolio of design work that demonstrates creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience translating designs into code.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and colour.
- Experience with responsive design and designing for various devices and platforms.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
