About the project

Winvic was celebrating the five-year anniversary of it’s “Doing it Right” cultural change program. This culture is built on five core values (Respect, Honesty, Loyalty, Passion, and a Questioning Mindset) and is critical to their approach to health and safety management.

Challenge

To mark the anniversary, Winvic needed a high-impact internal campaign to celebrate progress and keep these core values “visible, lived and loud” across every site. The objective was to reinforce the program’s daily operational ethos to ensure continued progress in safety and behavior.

Solutions

We developed the internal campaign “We’re Built Around Values”, which connected the five core values to simple, powerful messages and tangible outcomes. We deployed the messaging through a suite of bold, physical assets, including posters, walkway signage, floor stickers, and hard hat stickers, to ensure maximum visibility across the site.
